The general information for incoming exchange students as follows:
- Students are nominated to IKU by partner universities. The offical exchange procedures cannot be started without official nomination.
- Nominated students are informed about the application documents.
- Application documents are transferred to the IKU Erasmus Departmental Coordinators for approval. Departmental Coordinators may ask for additional and supportive document if it is needed.
- After coordinators approval, acceptance letters are sent to the accepted students.
