Course Goals
Cold and hot water supply systems of buildings and their elements, waste water system and its elements, design of spaces under consideration, sanitary installation of tall buildings. Fire control, design parameters related to built environment which are effective on fire control (settlement density, organization of rooms, fire stairs, etc.), design of built environment as passive and active fire safety systems. Heating systems and their elements, ventilating systems and their elements, air-conditioning systems and their elements; integration of these systems and their elements with architecture. Regulations current in Turkey (fire regulation, etc.) Elements of electric installation (Lighting systems, other systems working with electrical energy); calculation methods of lighting; assembling of artificial lighting system and installation; transformers, control panels, systems of power distribution; design of electric installation- integration of architectural project and other subsystems.
